When Passion Is Gone

Here’s an interesting thought –

passion is the enemy of complacency.

I was all set to write another post today and the word “complacency” flashed into mind while held captive brushing my teeth. Thoughts dominoed from there.

Change of plans.

If you want things to stay the same, passion is the last thing you want around. Passion will win out in the end.

Complacency may put up a good fight, even win a battle or two, but change will happen. That’s life.

Passion adds the burst of energy to overcome inertia and provides sustenance when you’re ready to give up.

A New StartYour passions are really you coming through, expressing in various facets the Light that shines from within.

After the exhilaration is gone, you still remain.

You’re in this for the long haul no matter how hard you try otherwise.

Simply because you won’t be denied.

The evolution of passion into a deep knowing changes a feeling, a fleeting moment, into a being. The being of who you are.

A bridge into the unknown rightness is formed.

And the ultimate subversive attempt in complacency has been foiled.
