In The Groove

Back in another life I taught Reiki classes. Both before and after their Level I attunement, students often wondered if they would feel anything. Or would know what they felt really meant.

These same questions frequently pop up as intuition and clair-senses start making themselves known.

The answer to my students back applies here too.

You get to know yourself all over again in a whole new way.

You’re like a blank journal waiting to be filled with new entries of discovery.

You’re continually expanding on a personal dictionary of what means what when – to you.

Your Way Back Home

Consider your intuition and clair-senses to be latent abilities waiting to be nurtured and let through.

Like walking and talking.

You have them within you for when you are ready.

And quite often when you think you aren’t.

A matter of when, not if.

Meanings and interpretations of others may or may not be true for you.

Nor is there just one way.

Your combination of accessing energy is as unique as the uniqueness of you.

This is yours to bring forward as only you can.

Not everyone sees auras, speaks to the dead or foretells the future.

There is so much more to clair-senses in day-to-day life beyond what has been popularized.

At times I think I should See better, taking for granted I Know and Hear with the odd image thrown in here and there.

Finding what works best to access more clearly your intuition and clair-senses is more a process of allowing than learning.

Your beliefs and expectations act as gatekeepers for what is possible.

Like expecting messages to come through in a particular way, and discounting the way you do receive.

Or doubting what is happening to you.

Observe, listen, pay attention and begin connecting the dots.

Patterns will appear.

Trust will begin to take form.

The important step is to start where you are in recognizing signals, relaxing into the experience and opening up to where you may go from there.
